Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product is opened. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged product upon delivery
- Wrong item received
- Product not delivered within 15 working days
To request a return/refund:
- Email info@varanasiashik.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Attach a photo and order number.
- We will initiate the refund or send a replacement within 5–7 business days.
